The recent time change has given me spring fever, so what better way to get ready for spring than by turning a T-Shirt into a cute Girls Skirt DIY and embellish it with stripes and hearts.
This tutorial will show you how to create cute colorful stripes using the Tulip Fabric Spray Paints, I used them before here.
