I love a big colorful mixes of colors, textures, and metals when it comes to jewelry, and bracelets are the perfect place to wear all 3. This DIY Watch Strap Rhinestone Bracelet could not be easier to make or cooler to wear. The mix of preppy grosgrain with a vintage looking button or brooch makes for a fun eclectic mix, you could also mix it up with studs or spikes for a preppy punk look. Let’s get started!
SUPPLIES YOU’LL NEED:
- Watchstrap
- Rhinestone brooch or button
- Aleene’s Jewel-it
Check out my Amazon shop for links to all supplies.
step 1
Try on your watchstrap and mark where you want your brooch to be.
step 2
Add your Jewel-it where you want your brooch. If the back of your brooch or button is metal, let your glue sit for about 10 minutes before pressing your brooch into the glue.
Let dry for a few hours.
If you don’t have a watch strap you could also make this bracelet with a grosgrain ribbon and tie it on.
Leave me a comment and let me know how your bracelets turn out!
