TOOLS & MATERIALS:

  • Furry slap bracelet or slap bracelet & faux fur
  • Rhinestone brooch or buttons
  • Aleene’s Jewel-it glue

If you are able to find a furry slap bracelet (I found mine at Target in the Halloween section) then that’s one less step.

If not, no worries.

You can take a basic slap bracelet and cover it with faux fur. I recommend sewing or using fabric glue to create a cover for the bracelet with the faux fur instead of actually gluing the fur to the bracelet. This will allow the bracelet to move more freely.

Place drops of your Aleene’s Jewel-it glue onto your faux fur where you want to put your brooch.Furry Slap Bracelet DIY Gluing

If your brooch is metal, let the glue sit for about 10 minutes before adding the brooch. This will keep the brooch from sliding and help it to adhere faster.

Let dry.Furry Slap Bracelet DIY Finished
