We all carry a bag of one sort or another, as our lives change so do our needs and our bags. When I saw this bag by DVF I was instantly attracted to it. Not only because I have an IPad but because of the sheer genius and functionality of it. The style is the Harper Connect bag. This bag can carry everything you need in your purse and also your IPad in such a compact and uncluttered way. I lOVE it!
As I sit here typing this post, Seattle is in the midst of one of the biggest snow storms of the decade. It’s been snowing for two days straight. Sea Tac has cancelled all flights and the Governor has declared a state of emergency. We never figured on this when we moved from sunny Southern California last summer. It is beautiful, a winter wonderland, but really really cold. So I will now prepare to go out again and dress myself and my daughter in everything we own, looking like the family who is so not prepared for the snow.
This weekend we had our first snowfall of the season in Seattle.
I’m always amazed at how snow falling can quiet a city. We have the most amazing park near our house, in less than five minutes we can feel like we’re in the middle of the woods. As we were taking these pics the snow started to fall more intensely with huge flakes, it was so beautiful.

This is brilliant! Love!
Stare at yourself long enough in the mirror and you will see yourself differently. I’m not talking about seeing every imperfection, but stepping outside yourself and seeing yourself as others see you. Are you ready?
