It’s hard to improve on a classic, but I think this Banana Bread recipe really raises the bar.
I found it on Epicurious, I was looking for a banana bread recipe and I needed one that only called for one egg, now it’s the only one I use. It calls for 3 to 4 bananas which makes it very moist, but it still has crispy edges. I like it best if I leave out the chocolate chips and add a dash of cinnamon and a handful of walnuts. This usually wont last more than a day in our house, it’s that good.
This makes a great breakfast, grab your coffee or tea, and enjoy!
