Designer Cat Ears DIY

Create the purrrfect Halloween costume in minutes with these 2 Designer Cat Ears Headband DIYS, go sparkly or bold and chic, it’s up to you. Just add some makeup and your costume is in the bag!

BLACK LINED EARS WITH PIPE CLEANERS

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Plastic headband (I got mine at Target in the Halloween section)
• Pipe cleaners

I didn’t wrap my headband in ribbon for this one, you can it’s up to you.

step 1
Start by folding your pipe cleaners in half and twisting them around themselves to create the outline of your ears.

Do this on both sides of each ear and twist together to make your ear shape.

Wrap pipe cleaners around your ear shape to make swirls and curls wherever you like.

Make your second ear to match your first.

SPARKLE EARS

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Plastic headband (I got mine at Target in the Halloween section)
• Felt
• Glitter
• Rhinestones
• Glitter glue
• Hot glue

step 1
Start by wrapping your headband with ribbon.

Using your hot glue place a drop of hot glue at the end of your headband and wrap your ribbon around it to cover the end.

Keep wrapping your ribbon around your headband until it is completely covered.

Draw your ears outline on felt.

Cut out 4.

step 3
Glue your felt ears to your headband.

step 4
Create the shape you want with your glitter glue on your ears.

Sprinkle a lot of glitter on top of your glue.

step 6
While my glue was still wet I pressed rhinestones into it on top of the glitter.

Let dry.
