WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Plastic headband (I got mine at Target in the Halloween section)
  • Pipe cleaners

Cat Ears Headband DIY supplies for pipe cleaner ears

I didn’t wrap my headband in ribbon for this one, you can it’s up to you.

step 1
Start by folding your pipe cleaners in half and twisting them around themselves to create the outline of your ears.Cat Ears Headband DIY twisting

Do this on both sides of each ear and twist together to make your ear shape.Cat Ears Headband DIY twisted

SPARKLE EARS

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Plastic headband (I got mine at Target in the Halloween section)
  • Felt
  • Glitter
  • Rhinestones
  • Glitter glue
  • Hot glue

step 1
Start by wrapping your headband with ribbon.

Using your hot glue place a drop of hot glue at the end of your headband and wrap your ribbon around it to cover the end.Designer Cat Ears Headband DIY wrappingDesigner Cat Ears Headband DIY wrapping

Keep wrapping your ribbon around your headband until it is completely covered.Designer Cat Ears Headband DIY wrapped

Sprinkle a lot of glitter on top of your glue.Cat Ears Headband DIY glitter

While my glue was still wet I pressed rhinestones into it on top of the glitter.Designer Cat Ears Headband DIY add rhinestones

Let dry.
